Placing Your Order
Please fill out this form for a custom quote for your portrait. I will email you within 48 hours and we can discuss photo submission and the details of the portrait I will paint for you. Depending on the complexity and size of your request I will be able to give a rough timeline for completion and delivery of your artwork.
Portrait Details
All portraits will have a simple background of complimentary colors and textures. Add 25% for detailed background artwork.
Photo Submission
Once you submit your order and we have a timeline in place I will let you know how to submit photos to work from. I will do my best to capture the subject's personality in a great composition. Ideally, you will send 7-10 photos for reference.
Completion and Delivery
When I have your photos I will come up with a composition for your approval. After it is approved, I can give a window in which your painting will be completed. We can either arrange for drop-off in the Denver metro area or for shipment to your location.
Payment Details
50% of the order is due when you place your order. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work and prior to shipment or delivery.
Painting Surface
All paintings are produced on a gesso-textured illustration board suitable for framing, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Digital Portraits
I love doing digital portraits and can generally turn them around fairly quickly. Just send a picture you like and I will draw it, color it and email it back to you. You can see samples of digital portraits I've done in the gallery page. If you want additional color options once I've finished, they are $40/each.
